If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we have a straightforward refund or exchange policy. You just need to email or call us and we will be happy to help you.
delivery information
Orders are open to place on line every day. We deliver Monday to Friday every week between 9am and 6pm.
If flowers cannot be delivered to the recipient for any reason we can leave them in some water, in a safe place or try and re deliver later the same or next day.

We encourage recipients to make their own flower food using a lemon juice, sugar and water (the flower food recipe will be included on a seperate delivery card)
