The Prayer plant is a common houseplant and is known as a prayer plant due to it raising its leaves in a prayer motion during the evening. This plant requires indirect sunlight, high humidity and minimum temperetures of 15 degress C. 
 
Care:
 
Sunlight; Medium to bright/indirect
 
Water; Water every 1 to 2 weeks, allowing soil to dry out half way down between waterings. They can be sensitive to hard tap water. Try using filtered water. 
 
Humidity; Normal room humidity is fine, but it prefers more humidity if possibke. 
 
Pet Friendly - Non toxic. Best practice is always to keep plants out of reach of pets and children.
